求海淘达人指点一下，
我平时用的是EBATES，2月15号的时候返利成功的返到了我的paypal账户中，但是这个月却没有收到。于是我给Ebates的客户写了邮件询问，答复如下：
Thank you for contacting us. We were unable to verify your address and unable to send a payment. Please reply to this email with your full name and mailing address so that we can update your profile and send a payment.
Please note, we require your full name and valid mailing address for your account profile for verification purposes in order to receive a PayPal payment.
本人英语也不怎么好，大概理解的意思就是人家让我确认我的个人资料和邮寄地址。可是我注册PAYPAL的时候，个人资料全部填写的是中文，那么请教大家，我现在Ebates上面应该怎么填写个人资料和地址啊？？？？
